PRE-MLS COMING SOON & PRIVATE EXCLUSIVE LISTINGS

This portal is for Long & Foster agents to post your Private Exclusives and to share upcoming listings with other Long & Foster agents prior to entering them in the MLS.  You can search properties by town, zip code, price, type of property etc.  Plus you can setup listing alerts that notify you whenever a new property comes on the portal that matches your buyers' criteria.  This way, your buyers have early access before homes get listed publicly!

TO GET STARTED: Read the Rules page then click on Add a Listing to enter a non-MLS listing. To learn about setting up email alerts so you can receive newly entered listings that match your buyer's criteria, click the Listing Alerts.
